MY STORY
I have been where
you are.
And that is exactly why I understand what you need — and what actually makes the difference.
I did not start out as a designer. My background is in law, and when I went on maternity leave I did something a little unexpected — I bought a franchise business and threw myself into running it.
The franchise gave me the product, the materials, and the confidence that came with a recognisable name. What it did not give me was any idea how to find customers. The first year was genuinely hard. I worried constantly that I had made a terrible mistake.

So I taught myself. Marketing, design, how to build an online presence that did the selling for me. It worked. My business grew steadily, eventually outperforming my previous full-time salary, and I was invited to speak at the franchise’s annual conference to share what I had learned.
What I took away from that experience was something I could not stop thinking about: so many business owners are brilliant at what they do but are being let down by how they look online. Their website does not reflect their expertise. Their branding is cobbled together. They are invisible to the people they could be helping.
That is what led me here. I combine over 15 years of marketing and design experience with the perspective of someone who has genuinely been in your shoes — and I use both to help you build an online presence that does your work justice.
